General business and delivery conditions

The present General Terms and Conditions of Terms and Conditions form the basis for orders at DB Sports AG. The current conditions apply at the time of the order, which can be adapted by DB Sports AG at any time. DB Sports AG is a Swiss company based in Zurich. Jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. All orders are subject to Swiss law.

Privacy

Prices

  • All prices are Swiss francs (CHF) including Swiss VAT.

Warranty and warranty

  • The goods received must be checked by the recipient immediately after delivery to their completeness and correctness. Complaints after expiration of 5 working days are not recognized.
  • DB Sports AG does not guarantee your products beyond warranty.
  • Liability claims must be made directly and exclusively to the product manufacturer. Any liability of DB Sports AG will be duty.

Order

  • As a result of ensuring data protection, DB Sports AG does not accept credit card payments by phone, email and fax.
  • DB Sports AG reserves the right to make the delivery of orders dependent on a credit check. By ordering, the customers will agree to obtain a credit report.
  • DB Sports AG reserves the right to make the delivery of orders dependent on a prepayment.
  • DB Sports AG can cancel an order if the customer is not creditworthy, has one or more outstanding invoices at DB Sports AG or for other reasons. The customer has no claim for damages in such a case.
  • DB Sports AG reserves quantity restrictions in large orders.

  • DB Sports AG is trying to fulfill the item description as accurately as possible. DB Sports AG uses the original information of the respective manufacturers and providers and assumes no responsibility for their accuracy. The customer is definitely recommended to view the specific information of the packaging leaflet or product information on the website of the product manufacturer. The latter are presenting the information of DB Sports AG. Illustrations of products may differ. In particular, when images of color lenses, the own eye color must always be considered.

Changes / availability

  • Price changes and changes in order and delivery conditions remain reserved. DB Sports AG is trying to keep the product material and the detailed information as well as possible, but manufacturer-related changes may occur without preliminary ads.
  • Assortment changes can be made at any time. DB Sports AG strives to deliver the products to the customer in the displayed delivery time. Should it happen that the delivery time exceeded or the product is no longer available in this form, the customer will be informed. DB Sports AG reserves the right in such a case to cancel an order. The customer has no claim for damages, should be an offered or ordered product not available.
  • If several products are ordered by a customer, but one of them is no longer available, so does not the entire order be used as canceled.

Confirmation

Shipping in Switzerland

Dropshipping

Additional costs for Dropshipping: CHF 7.90

Delivery fees (up to an order value of CHF 500.00)

  • Stock Order: CHF 15.00
  • Dropshipping: CHF 10.00
  • Payment against invoice, payable within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
  • Payment against credit card (MasterCard / Visa / PayPal).
  • The goods remain the property of DB Sports AG until full payment.
  • Additional costs due to shipping to a false address of the customer will be borne by the customer.
  • For the loss or damage during shipping, the respective mailing company is liable exclusively. Claims of the customer are to be directed directly to this.
  • From an order value of CHF 500.- is the shipping for free.

Delivery time

  • The delivery time is individually deposited with each item.
  • DB Sports AG strives to fall below the specified delivery times, but can not guarantee compliance with the delivery time.
  • If an order is made with articles which have different delivery times, the delivery takes place as a total program. In urgent cases, partial deliveries can be requested in writing or by telephone. Additional costs are reserved in this case.

Default

  • If the customer is in default with the payment of an invoice, DB Sports AG can charge a reminder fee of CHF 30.00 per reminder.

Complaints and returns

For transportation standards such as breakage damage, packaging damage etc. Let's contact us within 7 days of delivery receipt and the following points must be observed.

  • The outer box and the filling material must be kept in any case until the case is completed.
  • Extravible damages of the package content (damage and part losses) immediately to the delivery to DB Sports AG are reported.
  • Extravible damages (hidden defects) within 7 calendar days after delivery DB Sports AG will be reported in writing.
  • For partial losses and hidden defects, the product concerned is to be stored in the original packaging for 14 days from reporting to DB Sports AG in the original packaging.
  • DB Sports AG can check the damaged goods and packaging and should be informed before such goods or packaging destroys or has it.
  • Losses or suspicion of losses must be reported in writing to DB Sports AG within 30 days of the task of the package.
  • Loss is assumed if a loss report is present and the package will not be delivered within two months from the transfer by DPD.

Otherwise, the credit resp. the replacement delivery is not remunerated.
